The products offered through this website are available for shipment within Colombian territory.

Unisalle Store reserves the right not to make shipments to areas of Colombian territory that, due to the difficulty of access, communications, or similar considerations, justify that the offer is not available.

Similarly, the products will be subject to inventory availability.

DELIVERY

The delivery of the products purchased on this website will be sent through a company specialized in courier services.

Under normal operating conditions, the delivery time of our products is four (4) business days for Bogota.

For main cities, the delivery time of our products is six (6) business days and for other destinations, the delivery time is a maximum of thirteen (13) business days.

In order to comply with 100% of the biosafety requirements decreed by the government and given the restrictions in the delivery areas, the time matrix has been expanded, which can be consulted at the following link:

Unisalle Store does not promise to deliver on an exact schedule, nor does it offer the option of delivery right now, today, or zero business hours. To track the status of your shipment, log in to your account, click on Orders and select the current purchase order; or through our email tiendavirtual@lasalle.edu.co.

If the product presents damages or breaks in its packaging at the time of delivery, it must be recorded in the carrier’s guide as an observation, make the immediate return and communicate through our customer service line:

For Bogotá: If after two (2) attempts your order cannot be delivered to the address you provide at the time of purchase, you must pick up your order at the physical store or where Unisalle Store determines, for which it will be notified you via email.

We will not be responsible for any breach or delay in the fulfillment of any of the obligations assumed, when it is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control, due to force majeure or events attributable to third parties (“Force Majeure Cause”).
